"Food Forward is a nonprofit organization that brings fresh surplus fruits and vegetables to people experiencing food insecurity.
We’ve been on a mission to fight hunger and reduce food waste since 2009, and with the help of supporters like you, we will create a future where everyone in our communities has access to healthy produce."
Going off of Food Forward's already established vision I created a brand and visual identity for the non-profit organization.
Some keywords I focused on were: friendly, approachable, and community. With this I created simple graphics as well as a typeface to encompus everything that Food Forward stands for. From mascots to rounding the corners, the tone I created comes off playful, hopeful, and eager to look twoards the future and feed people across Los Angeles.
